Data deletion
You can permanently delete an ODAYA account or family circle from the app.
Delete your account
Open Settings → Account → Delete ODAYA Account, then confirm. Every family circle you own, its care information and documents, your access to other circles, and the on-device cache are included.
Delete only a family circle
An owner can choose Settings → Family & Data → Delete Family Circle to permanently remove the selected circle and its shared information.
Leave as a participant
Participants can leave a family circle from Settings. They lose access to shared data after leaving.
Manage Apple services separately
Deleting your ODAYA account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription or revoke Sign in with Apple authorization. Manage each one in your device's Apple Account settings.
If you cannot use the app
Email support@odaya.app and we will provide a minimal identity-verification process. Deletion cannot be undone. Apple may retain purchase records where required for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.
