Please review these terms before using ODAYA.
Purpose
ODAYA supports everyday coordination between adult family caregivers. It is not a medical device, medication administrator, or emergency response service.
Your responsibility
Users remain responsible for checking records and making care decisions. Contact local emergency services or a qualified professional for urgent or medical concerns.
Your content and rights
Only add information or documents that you own or have permission to share within the family circle. You keep your rights. You give ODAYA only the limited permission needed to host, encrypt, process, share with approved members, back up, and delete that content to operate the service.
Subscriptions
ODAYA Family renews automatically through the App Store. The purchase screen shows the current price, renewal timing, and an introductory offer only when one is available. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings.
Changes and termination
We may change the service or terms for safety and legal reasons. Legal review is required before public release.
